Our retainer option focus on CEO,COO,CFO,CMO,CTO,CIO and SVP level positions for those organizations looking to hire within a 90 day period.

We guarantee that over a 8 – 10 week time period we will recruit top tier candidates that exceed the requirements for the position, will be candidates with a proven track record of success, and are candidates that will have an immediate impact on your organization. We request an up-front retainer of $5,000, and upon a successful hire a 20% fee. We offer a 6 month guarantee on all candidates that are successfully hired.

Hourly

Our hourly option focus on VP and Director level positions for those organizations looking to hire within a 90 day period.

We guarantee that over a 8 – 10 week time period we will recruit top tier candidates that exceed the requirements for the position, will be candidates with a proven track record of success, and are candidates that will have an immediate impact on your organization. In addition we also include job description development services and candidate database development. We request an hourly rate of $200/hr and a 100 hour hiring project plan.

Our Process

When you partner with One World Executive Search on a new search we will work with you and your team to develop a successful attraction strategy to find top tier candidates to join your organization.

In building the Attraction Strategy, we first start with the pre-job description and will work with you and your team in building a job description that will become the key marketing tool to attract those top tier candidates.

Once the job description is ready for distribution, we will begin the outreach process to our external network and promote the position on our One World Consulting Group LinkedIn Group Page and to our over 5000 first level contacts. In addition, we will promote the position to those qualified individuals through LinkedIn Recruiter Program.
